During your 1–2 hour consultation, our design consultant will assess your existing bathroom, understand your lifestyle needs, preferences, and daily usage, and guide you through suitable design ideas for your space.
Based on the discussion and your bathroom’s actual condition, we will prepare a detailed quotation and 3D design to help you visualise the proposed makeover clearly. This allows you to understand the work scope and design direction before making a decision.
02How long does a bathroom makeover usually take, and what could cause delays?
Your expected project duration will be confirmed after the site assessment, design approval, and finalisation of the work scope. Before work begins, you will receive a structured project schedule outlining the planned work stages and target handover date.
The timeline may be affected by unexpected site conditions, condominium management requirements, additional work requests, or changes made during the project. Should the schedule be affected, your dedicated project lead will update you promptly and provide necessary action plans.
03Can I continue living at home during the bathroom makeover?
Yes. Muro’s dustless system is specifically designed for homeowners who wish to continue living at home during their bathroom makeover.
We use protective pathways, sealed dust barriers, furniture protection, and active dust extraction to help contain dust and disruption within the work area. The team also manages the site carefully throughout the project to help maintain a clean and a liveable home environment.
Some noise, temporary bathroom inaccessibility, and minor inconvenience should still be expected. Fret not, our team will explain the daily work schedule so you can plan your routine accordingly.
04How can I be confident that the completed bathroom will reflect the design I approved?

05What is included in the bathroom makeover service?
A dedicated project lead will oversee your makeover from scheduling through to final handover and remain your main point of contact throughout the project.
When an unexpected issue arises, our team follows Muro’s 1–3–1 problem-solving approach: we identify the issue, evaluate three practical solutions, and recommend the most suitable direction based on safety, functionality, design, cost, and long-term value.
The options and potential impact will be explained clearly so you can make an informed decision before any additional work proceeds.
06What does Muro’s warranty cover after handover?
Muro’s warranty provides continued support for eligible workmanship and waterproofing-related defects after your bathroom has been handed over, subject to the agreed project scope and written warranty terms.
Fixtures, fittings, and accessories may be covered separately under their respective manufacturer warranties. Normal wear and tear, misuse, damage caused by third parties, and alterations made after handover are generally excluded.
Your warranty coverage, applicable period, exclusions, and service-request process will be explained and documented during handover, so you know exactly how to reach us should assistance be required.
